PicFlips Package Information

The PicFlips Hourly Package:  $300/hour of service

• Unlimited flipbooks per hour of operation (average is about 40 per hour)

• Two staff members

• Initial set-up and tear-down (no charge)

• Travel up to 30 miles and 30 minutes each way

• Standard customized covers

• Equipment and props

• 2 hour minimum requirement

Additional/Add-ons

• Parking: At cost, or provided

• Additional staff:  $15/hour per staff member

• Down time during an event:  $10/hour per staff member

• Re-setting (moving the studio during an event):  $50.  This replaces up to an hour of down-time.

• Overnight accommodations are required for events that are more than 1.5 hours away and end after 11:45pm OR are more than 4 hours away.  Accommodations can be provided in other situations at the discretion of the client.  Accommodations are either provided by the client directly, or charged at-cost.

• Travel over 30 miles and 30 minutes in distance is charged at $0.505/mile and $10/hour per staff.  To quickly estimate your travel charge, the chart below is calculated assuming 2 staff traveling at 60 miles/hour.
